My pals and I ventured into High Park to watch the pay-what-you-can CanStage production of the Comedy of Errors.
It took a while to get used to the Shakespearean dialogue...but once we overcame that...it was smooth sailing. The acting and stage production/lighting was great, the packed, open air venue, gorgeous.
If you have never been before, I highly recommend you go and try it before the season is over. Grab a blanket, sweater and some grub, show up about 45 minutes to show time and you are sure to have a swell time.
PS. There were some Oil of Olay samplers giving away their latest anti-aging cream away. Heck, it was a great place to be. The age demographic was definitely 30ish and older...just the audience I suspect they want to hit.
